Enterprise Co-Ordinator (EC)
Manages their individual caseload of Institutions and Enterprise Advisors (EAs) that have been assigned to them.
EC users can:
- View and edit their own EC record
- View and edit EA, Institution and Employer records
- Download EA, Institution and Employer records
- Search and filter EA, Institution and Employer records
- Add and close EA records
- Match an EA to an Institution record
- Change details on Institution records
- Search and filter Compass Progress Reports
- View and download Compass Progress Reports
- Create Employer records.
Please note: If an Enterprise Co-Ordinator record needs upgrading to a Hub Lead Record, please submit a support request. Network Operations are the only user type that can upgrade an EC record to a Hub Lead record. Please put ‘Record upgrade needed – EC to Hub Lead’ as the subject heading.
Partner
Responsible for the delivery of Careers Hubs in their area.
There can be more than one person set up as a Partner user, but there can’t be more than 6 active Partner users.
A Partner user must submit the Partner data at the end of every month. Please see Confirming Partner records (Admin user) for more information.
Partner users are responsible for recording Partner data to ensure that the Partner register is up to date at the end of the month.
Partner users will often be Skills Leads, Hub Leads or Senior ECs. These permissions are restricted to a maximum of 6 users to ensure data accuracy and strong compliance with data protection.
Partner users can:
- View and edit SC, EC, EA, Institution, Employer records
- Download SC, EA, Institution and Employer records
- Add a SC, EC and EA record
- Search and filter a SC, EC, EA, Institution and Employer records
- Close an SC, EC or EA record
- Update a Sub-contractor record
- Match an Institution to an EA record
- Search and filter Compass Progress Reports
- View and download Compass Progress Reports
- Create Employer records
- Assign (or reassign) ECs to EA and institution records.
Operational Hub Lead (OHL) / Strategic Hub Lead (SHL)
OHL and SHL will either be a Partner user or a Sub-contractor.
Sub-contractor (SC)
A delivery partner that a Partner has sub-contracted work to.
Sub-contractors can only see the relevant information that has been assigned to them by a Partner user.
SC users can:
- View and edit an EC, EA, Institution and Employer records
- Download EA, Institution and Employer records
- Add an EC or EA record
- Close an EC or EA record
- Search and filter for an EC, EA, Institution and Employer record
- Match an Institution to an EA record
- View and download Compass Progress Reports
- Search and filter Compass Progress Reports
- Create Employer records
- Assign (or reassign) ECs to EA and institution records.
CEC Staff (CEC only)
Staff users can:
- View and download SC, EC, EA, Institution, Employer, Partner user and CEC Staff user records
- Search and filter SC, EC, EA, Institution and Employer records
- View and download Compass Progress Reports
- Search and filter Compass Progress Reports.
Network Operations (Network Ops)
Network Ops users can:
- View and download EC, Institution, Employer, Partner user and CEC Staff user records
- Edit EC, Institution, Employer, Partner, Partner user and CEC Staff user records (but only edit a limited number of fields)
- Search and filter EC, Institution and Employer records
- Add Partner user and CEC Staff user records
- Upgrade an Enterprise Co-Ordinator record to a Hub Lead record.
Admin Users (CEC only)
Admin users can:
- View and download SC, EC, EA, Institution, Employer, Partner user and CEC Staff user records
- Edit SC, EC, EA, Institution, Employer, Partner, Partner user, CEC Staff user
- Add SC, EC, EA, Employer, Partner user, CEC Staff user
- Search and filter EC, EA, Institution and Employer records
- Add an Organisation not an Employer record
- View and download Compass Progress Reports
- Search and filter Compass Progress Reports
- View Network users and Admin users
- Add and remove included URNs
- Add and remove excluded URNs
- Add Included Primary URNs and Excluded Primary URNs.
