If you are having trouble accessing your Compass+ demo account, we recommend that you check a few things first:
1. Check you are accessing the correct URL - the correct URL for the Compass+ demo site is: https://compassplus.demo.careersandenterprise.co.uk
As you will be using the same email address to access your Compass+ demo account and to login to EANR, you may experience some browser caching issues (e.g. not being able to log into your Compass+ demo account).
2. Try using a different browser for each account (e.g. Chrome for Compass+ demo and Microsoft Edge for EANR).
3. Clear your browser cookies and cache before switching from each account (keyboard shortcut for this is CTRL+SHIFT+DELETE for most browsers) or...
If you use Microsoft Edge:
i. Open Microsoft Edge
ii. Select Settings and more in the upper right corner
iii. Select Settings
iv. Select Privacy, search, and services
v. Select Clear browsing data now
vi. Select ‘Choose what to clear’
vii. Select Cookies and other site data
viii. Select a time range (advisable to select ‘All time’)
ix. Select ‘Clear now’
If you use Google Chrome
i. Open Chrome
ii. Click the three dots in the top-right corner
iii. Select Clear Browsing Data
iv. Choose a time range
v. Select the Cookies and other site data checkbox
vi. Click Clear data
4. Try using a private/incognito browser session to access the Compass+ demo site...
If you use Microsoft Edge:
i. Open Microsoft Edge
ii. Click the three dots menu in the top right corner of the Edge browser and select "New InPrivate window" from the dropdown options.
iii. Keyboard shortcut: Press Ctrl + Shift + N on Windows/Linux or Command + Shift + N on Mac.
If you use Google Chrome:
i. Open Chrome
ii. Click the three dots in the top right corner of your Chrome browser window, then select "New Incognito Window" Keyboard shortcut: Press Ctrl + Shift + N on Windows/Linux or Command + Shift + N on Mac.
iii. Keyboard shortcut: Press Ctrl + Shift + N on Windows/Linux or Command + Shift + N on Mac.
