Following the steps below should allow you to create a Cornerstone Employer:
1. Log-in to the EANR portal and navigate to the Records tab
2. You should be able to see an “Employers'' button. Select an Employer from the list that you would like to add as a Cornerstone Employer
3. Once you’re on the form, scroll down to the 'Employer Partners' section. You should see the mandatory field question for 'Is Cornerstone Employer' as shown below
4. Select “Yes” if the employer is a Cornerstone Employer
5. Once you select 'Yes', it should then present you with the following mandatory fields
6. Please note that until you populate the 'Date employer became a Cornerstone' field, you will not be able to populate the 'Date employer stopped being a Cornerstone' field:
Cornerstone Employer from London or Greater Birmingham and Solihull Employer Partners
If a Cornerstone Employer is from London/Greater Birmingham or Solihull, then the Employer Partners will also have a Sub-Contractor field as shown below:
Notes to consider
1. The Cornerstone Employer 'Date employer became a Cornerstone' field is NOT editable by Partner, Sub-Contractor or EC users, if it was previously set.
2. The Cornerstone Employer 'Date employer stopped being a Cornerstone' field can be added or edited with a date 30 days in the future.
EC Users
An employer created from CE Assessments will always be a Cornerstone Employer (non-existing employer):
1. From the EANR dashboard, click on the 'Strategic Hub Plan' section
2. Click on the 'Add Reports' button
3. Select 'Individual CE Assessment'
4. Select the employer (In this case KARASU LTD)
5. You should be able to see a system-generated Sub-Contractor
6. Select the date employer became a Cornerstone
7. Once all the fields are filled, Click on ‘Add Assessment’ button to see the assessment properly created
8. You should now be able to see the Employer Partner as a Cornerstone Employer, with all the mandatory fields blank, along with the date the employer became a Cornerstone:
Notes to consider
1. If you’re a Partner user, an employer created from CE Assessments will be a Cornerstone Employer
2. Creating an Employer Enterprise Adviser will not be assigned as a Cornerstone Employer.
Checking Cornerstone status
1. ‘Current Cornerstone Employers’ filter:
- From the EANR dashboard, click on 'Records' section
- Click on 'Employers' button and select 'Cornerstone Status' filter
- You can then select 'Current Cornerstone Employers' sub-filter
- This should show you the current Cornerstone Employers, as shown below:
2. ‘Lapsed Cornerstone Employers’ filter:
- From the EANR dashboard, click on the 'Records' section
- Click on the 'Employers' button and select the 'Cornerstone Status' filter
- You can then select 'Lapsed Cornerstone Employers' sub-filter
- This should show you the lapsed cornerstone employers, as shown below:
3. ‘Never Cornerstone Employers’ filter:
- From the EANR dashboard, click on the 'Records' section
- Click on the 'Employers' button, then select 'Cornerstone Status'
- You can then select the 'Never Cornerstone Employers' sub-filter:
