The Careers Impact System records for institutions are now available to view in EANR Institution records and you are able to:
- View which institutions are doing an Internal Leadership review and the status of that review (not started, in-progress or completed) for different institutions
- See if an institution has been selected for a Peer to Peer review in the current or previous academic year
- Select an institution for a Peer-to-Peer review by adding a Peer to Peer review record for it (once their Internal Leadership Review is completed).
Guidance that explains how to record internal leadership reviews into EANR will be added to the Help Centre soon. If you have any immediate questions about recording internal leadership reviews into EANR, please speak to your Hub Lead in the first instance.
Please note: Some users may experience a delay in their email address being updated in EANR. Users will be unable to access the Digital Hub until they have had confirmation that their email address has been changed in EANR. We are aware of this issue and it is currently being investigated as a priority by the Development Team.
Please note: Product developments are being scoped for incorporating the Careers Impact System peer-to-peer review process into EANR. This functionality is not live yet, we will notify users via the EANR Updates Help Centre article when this work has started.
October 2024 We have recently changed the classification of Independent Special Schools (CEC institution type), So they are now classed as 'SEND' schools instead of 'Other. We are now working internally to amend this issue so that only schools which have Section 41 funding are included in the partners network. When looking at the EAs list in the Records section, the default view of the EAs table doesn’t apply any filters and shows all EAs (current and lapsed). We will be fixing this soon so that the CURRENT filter is applied to the EAs table, and users only see the Current EAs in the list by default. In the meantime, users can select the Current filter from the filters menu. |

Resolved September 2024 Raised September 2024 - When an EC left the network, and had a left date against them, they were still appearing as being in the network when the 'current' filter was applied in the EC record. This affected the download table as well. Raised July 2024 - EANR was showing all schools “MIS synced in the last 7 days” as “No” - this was not correct. It did not affect the product or ability to make changes in EANR. Raised June 2024 - We identified a bug affecting all users in EANR which related to the primary project. Users couldn't update the date field, which meant they couldn't save the primary project encounter data for a primary project encounter. Resolved April 2024 Raised March 2024 - There was a known issue with Careers Leaders data not being visible to all users. Raised February 2024 - There was an issue affecting London users, that when an EA was assigned to an institution (college) site but the EA was changed to another one in a different Hub, the Sub-Contractor (associated with the site) wouldn't change. Raised February 2024 - There was an issue making institution sites Sub-Contractor specific; if a Partner user didn't assign an institution record to a Sub-Contractor, the SC and EC would no longer be able to see it.
Raised March 2024 - It was not possible for some users to download records from the institution table. Raised February 2024 - There was an issue which was affecting editing and saving of Teacher Encounter records. |
