This article lists any general technical issues affecting EANR which are currently being investigated by our team.
If you are experiencing one of these issues, you do not need to contact us. We will update this page to notify all users that the issue has been resolved. If you have a technical issue not listed below, please submit a support request.
Please note: if an Enterprise Advisor or another employer has offered a teacher encounter via the CEC website, it may take up to 3 days to appear in EANR. This is not a bug, it is the way the system works.
Known Issues
|
Not Resolved There is currently a known issue with the new Compass Evaluation tables meaning some of the questions in BM6 and BM7 are missing from the downloaded data file. Our team is working on this issue to fix it as soon as possible. Raised January 2026 - Issue with Editing Primary school data: There is currently a known issue with Primary schools’ profiles affecting those primary schools which were part of the Start Small Dream Big programme and completed Pupil Encounters. The issue causes error messages if you are trying to edit a primary school which have completed Pupil Encounters in the past and you might not be able to edit the primary school profile as a result. Our team is working on this issue to fix it as soon as possible. Raised November 2025 - The New Compass Evaluations which were launched on November 2025 are not available to view and download in EANR just yet. We are in the process of developing the required features and data tables for the new Compass Evaluations for all institutions and will update all users once these are ready. Please bear with us meanwhile. Raised May 2025 - There was a technical issue with importing FSQ results into EANR FSQ dashboard and as a result responses for some schools were not completely shown in EANR dashboard. You may have seen inconsistency between the “FSQ completions in this academic year” field in institution profile, and the completion numbers you saw in FSQ dashboard for the same institution. Raised May 2025 - There was a technical issue which prevented users from creating new Career Leaders under institution profiles. It is worth reminding all users to please provide the “Joined Date” for all existing and current career leaders and “Left Date” for all lapsed career leaders as soon as possible as these data fields will become mandatory in June 2025. Raised February 2025 - There was a known issue on Compass+ which affected ‘old’ data or data removed from a school’s Management Information System (MIS) being maintained on Compass+. This also affected FSQ data being pulled into EANR. Raised January 2025 - Some users were experiencing issues when trying to download Compass evaluations in EANR. This was a technical performance issue which affected users most if they tried to download reports for multiple institutions. Raised November 2024 - Some completed or in progress Careers Impact system internal leadership reviews were not being reported in EANR. Raised October 2024 - We changed the classification of Independent Special Schools (CEC institution type), so they are now classed as 'SEND' schools instead of 'Other.
Raised September 2024 - When an EC left the network, and had a left date against them, they were still appearing as being in the network when the 'current' filter was applied in the EC record. This affected the download table as well. Raised July 2024 - EANR was showing all schools “MIS synced in the last 7 days” as “No” - this was not correct. It did not affect the product or ability to make changes in EANR. Raised June 2024 - We identified a bug affecting all users in EANR which related to the primary project. Users couldn't update the date field, which meant they couldn't save the primary project encounter data for a primary project encounter. Resolved April 2024 Raised March 2024 - There was a known issue with Careers Leaders data not being visible to all users. Raised February 2024 - There was an issue affecting London users, that when an EA was assigned to an institution (college) site but the EA was changed to another one in a different Hub, the Sub-Contractor (associated with the site) wouldn't change. Raised February 2024 - There was an issue making institution sites Sub-Contractor specific; if a Partner user didn't assign an institution record to a Sub-Contractor, the SC and EC would no longer be able to see it.
Raised March 2024 - It was not possible for some users to download records from the institution table. Raised February 2024 - There was an issue which was affecting editing and saving of Teacher Encounter records. |
