Updates to how school-related support requests are raised

This information helps us accurately identify the school, route the request to the right team, and resolve issues more quickly. Please note that each request must relate to a single school only. If you need to raise issues for multiple schools, these should be submitted as separate requests. These changes will replace the use of emailing compassplus@careersandenterprise.co.uk and help@careersandenterprise.co.uk for raising support queries. Viewing Institutions Records and data as an Observer EC
A new feature has been launched in EANR which allows Enterprise Coordinator users to have read-only access to institution records within their hub even if they are not the responsible EC assigned to the institution. For this purpose, Enterprise Coordinators can be linked to institutions as an observing EC by the Partner or Sub-contractor user of their Hub.
Partners and Sub-contractor users who can assign ECs to different institution can now choose who is the managing EC for each school and who is the observing EC. There could be Multiple ECs selected for each role if needed. Once you have selected the EC for each role, they will then both have visibility of the institution records while the responsible EC will have editing rights as well.
As an EC user, you could be the responsible EC for some institutions and the Observing EC for some other ones. You will have a read-only access to the institutions that you are observing without any editing rights.
When viewing any institution data, after you have selected the “Include Observed Institutions filter” in your table, you will then see the records for the institutions you are observing, and they will also be included in your downloaded lists if you download the records. This applies to Institutions table, Individual Leadership Reviews, Compass Evaluations, and the FSQ Dashboard.
When viewing the Institutions table in the Records tab, if you are the Responsible EC for an institution, you will see both VIEW and EDIT options for it in the institutions table, but if you are the Observing EC for an institution, you will only see the VIEW option for it.

New FSQ Dashboard with Tableau charts and tables and exporting features
The new FSQ dashboard with Tableau charts and tables in EANR is now live and can be accessed via the new FSQ Dashboard button in the Side menu. Here are some notes to bear in mind about the new feature:
- The new dashboard includes all FSQ questions until end of 2024/25 academic year. For the new questions which will be added to FSQ in the 25/26 academic year, we have plans in place to add them to the dashboard in the next term.
- The new dashboard has improved features compared to the old one as it is built based on Tableau charts. It has more user-friendly filtering and is interactive.
- PDF and Excel Exporting features are also added to the new dashboard which enables users to export the charts and tables as a PDF file or export the raw data into Excel. But please bear in mind that this is still a work in progress and we have plans in place to improve these features in the near future by e.g. improving the PDF structure or adding combined results export into Excel, so while we highly welcome your feedback on the new features and would like to hear from you about areas of improvement based on your usage, please bear with us while this work completes.
- Due to Tableau being a licensed product, the number of users which can access the new feature simultaneously is not unlimited and so it may occur at times that the max number of users is reached. In such cases users may receive a message when they try to access FSQ asking them to try again in a few minutes. We will be monitoring the usage data for EANR in the coming weeks and increase the number of available licenses if needed to ensure a good and un-interrupted experience for all users.
- The previous data sharing restrictions and confidentiality rules still apply to the new dashboard data so they can’t be shared with people outside the hubs unless you have permission from Compliance beforehand.
