The Careers Impact System records for institutions are available to view in EANR Institution records.
You can:
- View which institutions are doing an Internal leadership review and the status of that review (not started, in-progress or completed) for different institutions
- See if an institution has been selected for a Peer-to-Peer review in the current or previous academic year
- Select an institution for a Peer-to-Peer review by adding a Peer-to-Peer review record for it (once their Internal leadership review is completed).
In order to view the status of an Internal leadership review for an institution, or whether they are selected for a Peer-to-Peer review please:
1. Log in to EANR with you email address and password > https://auth.careersandenterprise.co.uk/eanr
2. Go to Records on the EANR homepage.
3. Select Institutions.
4. Search for your institution of interest to see it in the table.
5. Click on VIEW option in front of the Institution name.
6. Scroll down the information window to find the Careers Impact System:
Once an institution has completed their Internal leadership review you can select them for a Peer-to-Peer review if needed.
In order select an institution for a Peer-to-Peer review once their Internal leadership review is completed please:
1. Go to Records on the EANR homepage.
2, Select Add Record option at the top:
3. Select Peer to Peer Review:
4. Choose the Facilitator from the list of existing options.
5. Select a Date of Review.
6. Click on Add institution and add the institution from the drop down list.
7. Select the Status of the review:
To review the status and details of the Peer to Peer reviews logged for institutions in your Hub/caseload you can go to the ‘Peer-to-Peer Reviews’ in the Records tab.
Here you will see a list of all Peer to Peer reviews which were entered for institutions in your Hub/caseload and you can view the status, facilitator, date of review, and list of institutions included in those reviews.
You can also press the Edit button and amend those Peer to Peer reviews which are still “In Progress” and are not marked as “Completed”.
