To add an EA that already exists in EANR to a new Hub, you must raise a support request with our Customer Service Team: Submit a support request
When you raise the support request, please enter the information below in the following fields:
- Your request type – please select ‘Technical’
- Subject – please write ‘Existing EA to new Hub’
- Description – please explain that you would like to add an EA that already exists in EANR to a new Hub and also confirm who the EC will be for the EA in the new Hub
- You must attach the MOU for the new Hub to your support request
Once we have received your support request, the NET team at CEC will review and approve this.
You will be notified that the request has been approved and the EA has been added to your Hub.
Please DO NOT create any duplicate records for EAs on EANR. You must ensure you follow the steps above to add an EA that already exists in EANR to a new Hub.
