Additional information:
Please note: FSQ visualisations only show institution data compared to the national average, a user cannot compare different Local Authorities against one another. To do this a user would need to generate a new FSQ visualisation for each Local Authority individually (by selecting the desired LA in the Visualisation settings filter) then export each visualisation for comparison.
Once all additional FSQ visualisations have been released, you will be able to download a PDF of the FSQ visualisations.
Please note: The download function won’t be available in the initial FSQ summary visualisation release, but we are working on building it into EANR and making it available for users as soon as we can.
We will notify users of this in our EANR Updates Help Centre article.
Compass+ Champions - viewing FSQ visualisations
Compass+ Champions will need to be assigned a role that allows them to see all institutions for their Hub if they need to be able to access Hub level data.
- If the Compass+ Champion is a Sub-Contractor, a Partner User can do this for them
- If the Compass+ Champion needs to be assigned a Partner role, the Hub Lead needs to make a request to the Area Manager
- For London Hubs, the Compass+ Champion must be assigned as a Sub-Contractor.
Once the Compass+ Champion has been successfully assigned to the relevant user type, they log in to EANR with their existing credentials, but then switch to their alternative role (PU or SC) at the top righthand corner of the screen:
Coming soon!
Other visualisations that are due for release include:
- Completions per academic year
- Participation – the proportion of each questionnaire type completed by learners (compared to national data) per academic year
This Help Centre article will updated with an explanation for each new visualisation after it is released in product.
