If an email address needs to be changed in EANR, users must change the email address on the Digital Hub first, before requesting the change to a record on EANR.
To change an email address on the Digital Hub:
1) Log in with current email and password then go to the top righthand corner of the screen and click on profile icon
2) From the profile menu, select ‘settings’
3) Update the email field with the new email address and click ‘save’
Once the email has been changed on the Digital Hub, the user will not be able to access the Digital Hub again until the email change has been completed in EANR. Please note this can take up to 48 hours.
Once a user has changed the email address on the Digital Hub, they must raise a support request for EANR, under the ‘Request Type’ please select Other issue. Please include both the old and new email addresses in the request.
After the Customer Service Team has received the request, there are some approval processes to be completed internally to ensure the change is legitimate, the change will then be made and the user who raised the support request will be notified.
Once the email change has been completed in EANR, the user will then use the new email address to log in to the Digital Hub.
