This guidance illustrates how to exclude and remove a Primary School URN from the exclude list.

Excluding a Primary School URN
The ‘Excluded Primary URNs’ table enables you to exclude Primary Institutions from your list of Institutions provided by Edubase.
To manually include an Institution in your ‘Excluded Primary URNs’ list, firstly click on ‘Records’ in the left-hand navigation.
Click on ‘Excluded Primary URNs’.
You will see a list of Institutions that you have added to the 'Excluded Primary URNs’ list. Click on ’Add URN’ to add another Institution.
Type the Unique Reference Number (URN) of the Institution into the field provided, then click on ‘Confirm’ to save:
The Institution will be added to your list of Excluded URNs.
Removing a Primary School URN from the exclude list
To manually remove an Institution in your ‘Excluded Primary URNs’ list, firstly click on ‘Records’ in the left-hand navigation.
Click on ‘Excluded Primary URNs’.
Select the Institution that you wish to remove from the Excluded Primary URN list by clicking on ‘Remove’:
The Excluded Primary URN will be removed from the list and add to your main list of Institutions. The primary school will appear as part of the overnight refresh of Edubase data.
