This guidance illustrates how to add and remove Primary School URNs from the include list.
Firstly login to EANR: https://auth.careersandenterprise.co.uk/eanr
Adding Primary School URNs
The ‘Included Primary URNs’ table enables you to include Primary Institutions that are not automatically included in your list of Institutions from Edubase.
To manually include an Institution in your ‘Included Primary URNs’ list, firstly click on ‘Records’ in the left-hand navigation.
Click on ‘Included Primary URNs’.
You will see a list of Institutions that you have added to the ’Included Primary URNs’ list. Click on ’Add URN’ to add another Institution.
Type the Unique Reference Number (URN) of the Institution into the field provided, then click on ‘Confirm’ to save:
The Institution will be added to your list of Included URNs. The Institution will appear in EANR as part of the overnight refresh of data from Edubase.
Removing Primary School URNs from the include list
To remove a primary school from your ‘Included Primary URNs’ list, firstly click on ‘Records’ on the left-hand navigation.
Click on ’Included Primary URNs’.
Select the Institution you want to remove from the list and click on ’Remove’.
A pop-up window will ask you to confirm that you want to remove the Institution from the list. Click on ‘Confirm’ to remove it:
The primary school will then be removed as part of the overnight data refresh from Edubase.
