This guidance illustrates how to exclude and remove URNs from the exclude list in EANR.
Firstly login to EANR: https://auth.careersandenterprise.co.uk/eanr
Exclude URNs from the exclude list
The ‘Excluded URNs’ table enables you to include remove Institutions from the table of Institutions in EANR provided by Edubase which otherwise would be included because of the filters.
To add an Institution in your ‘Excluded URNs’ list, firstly click on ‘Records’ on the left-hand navigation.
Click on ’Excluded URNs’.
You will see a list of your Excluded URNs. Click on ‘Add URN’ to add an Institution.
Enter the URN of the Institution you want to include on the Excluded list, then click on ‘Confirm’:
The Institution will be added to your list of Excluded URNs and the Institution will be removed from EANR as part of the overnight refresh of Edubase data.
Remove URNs from the exclude list
To remove an Institution from your ‘Excluded URNs’ list (and restore it to your table of Institutions in EANR), firstly click on ‘Records’ on the left-hand navigation.
Click on ’Excluded URNs’.
You will see a list of your Excluded URNs. Find the Institution you wish to remove from the Excluded URNs list and click on ‘Remove’.
A pop-up window will ask you to confirm that you wish to remove the Institution from your ‘Excluded URNs’ list. Click on confirm to confirm this:
The Institution will be included in the main EANR Institution table. The institution should appear as part of the overnight refresh of Edubase data.
