This guidance illustrates how to add and remove URNs from the include list.
Firstly login to EANR: https://auth.careersandenterprise.co.uk/eanr
The ‘Included URNs’ table enables you to include Institutions that are not automatically included in your list of Institutions from Edubase. You may need to use this feature where the standard filters we apply on the Edubase data fail to include an Institution they should include.
Adding URNs
To manually include an Institution in your ‘Included URNs’ list, firstly click on ‘Records’ in the left-hand navigation.
Click on ‘Included URNs’.
You will see a list of Institutions that you have added to the ’Included URNs’ list. Click on ’Add URN’ to add another Institution.
Type the Unique Reference Number (URN) of the Institution into the field provided, then click on ‘Confirm’ to save:
Removing URNs from the include list
To remove an Institution in your ‘Included URNs’ list, firstly click on ‘Records’ on the left-hand navigation.
Click on ’Included URNs’.
Select the Institution you want to remove from the list and click on ’Remove’.
A pop-up window will ask you to confirm that you want to remove the Institution from the list. Click on ‘Confirm’ to remove it:
The Institution will be removed from EANR as part of the overnight refresh of Edubase data.
