This guidance illustrates how to add, view, edit, search, filter and download Enterprise Co-Ordinator records.
Firstly login to EANR: https://auth.careersandenterprise.co.uk/eanr
Click on ‘Records’ on the left-hand navigation bar.
Adding an Enterprise Co-Ordinator Record
Click on ’Add Record’.
A window will pop-up. Select ’Enterprise Co-Ordinator’. Complete the form: fields with a red asterisk* are mandatory and must be completed. Fields without an asterisk are optional.
Please note:
- if the new Enterprise Co-Ordinator works for a Sub-contractor, this can be added in the ‘Sub-contractor from this Partner’ field.
- if a Partner uses Sub-contractor, when the Sub-contractor creates an Enterprise Co-Ordinator record, the Enterprise Co-Ordinator is automatically assigned to the Sub-contractor:
When you have completed the form, click on ’Add Record’ to save it.
Viewing an Enterprise Co-Ordinator record
Click on ‘Enterprise Co-Ordinators’.
You will see a list of all Enterprise Co-Ordinator records. Click on ‘View’ to access the individual Enterprise Co-Ordinator record.
The Enterprise Co-Ordinator's record will be displayed.
Editing an Enterprise Co-Ordinator record
If you wish to edit the record, click on ‘Edit’.
The Enterprise Co-Ordinator's details will be shown in a pop-up window. You can edit the following fields of an Enterprise Co-Ordinator record:
- Partner
- Title
- First name
- Last name
- Date joined
- Are they are a Senior Enterprise Co-Ordinator
- If they are Hub Lead (and if so, the Hub they are part of) - see below.
- Are they a Hub Enterprise Co-Ordinator
- Are they an Enterprise Co-Ordinator focused on SEND
- Full-time equivalent status
- Notes field
- Left date.
Please note that a greyed-out box means that information cannot be edited.
Please note that Admin users can designate Hub Leads.
If an email address needs to be updated, please submit a support request.
The ‘Notes’ section can be used to record operational information only, for example, the area an Enterprise Co-Ordinator works in, if an Enterprise Co-Ordinator is taking over from someone else or being replaced by another Enterprise Co-Ordinator etc.

To save your changes, click ‘Edit Record’.
Searching and filtering an Enterprise Co-Ordinator record
Click on ‘Enterprise Co-Ordinators’.
User the ‘Filter’ option to filter Enterprise Co-Ordinators by status (‘Lapsed’ = Enterprise Co-ordinator that have left the network):
You can also search for an Enterprise Co-Ordinator by typing their First Name or their Surname into the search bar.
Downloading an Enterprise Co-Ordinator record
Click on ‘Enterprise Co-Ordinators’.
You can download Enterprise Co-Ordinators records in two ways:
- Click on ‘Download this information’ now (without applying any filters), to download information for all Enterprise Co-Ordinators into an Excel file.
- Alternatively, search and or/filter the list of Enterprise Co-Ordinators first to download information for specific Enterprise Co-Ordinators.
