This guidance illustrates how to add, view, edit and download a Sub-contractor record.
Firstly login to EANR: https://auth.careersandenterprise.co.uk/eanr
Click on ‘Records’ on the left-hand navigation bar.
Adding a Sub-contractor record
Click on ‘Add Record’.
Select ‘Sub-contractor’ and complete the form.
When you have completed the form, click on ’Add Record’ to save it.
The new Sub-contractor will be added to your Sub-contractor records.
Viewing a Sub-contractor record
Click on ‘Sub-contractors’.
Admin users will see in the table below a list of all their Sub-contractors. Click on ‘View’ to access the individual Sub-contractor record.
The Sub-contractor's record will be displayed (click on ‘View’ again to minimise the record).
Editing a Sub-contractor record
If you wish to edit a Sub-contractor record, click on ‘Edit’.
The Sub-contractor's details will be shown in a pop-up window. You can edit the following fields of your Sub-contractor record:
- Partner
- Organisation name
- Organisation contact details:
- First name
- Last name
- Join date
- Left date.
Please note that a greyed-out box means that information cannot be edited.
If an email address needs to be updated, please submit a support request.
To save your changes, click ‘Edit Record’:
Downloading a Sub-contractor record
Click on ‘Sub-contractors’.
To download the data for from your Sub-contractor record, click on ’Download this information’:
The data will download as an Excel spreadsheet.
