This is guidance illustrates how to add, view, edit, search and filter Enterprise Co-ordinator records.
Firstly login to EANR: https://auth.careersandenterprise.co.uk/eanr
Click on ‘Records’ on the left-hand navigation bar.
Adding an Enterprise Co-ordinator record
Click on ’Add Record’.
A window will pop-up. Select ’Enterprise Co-Ordinator’.
Complete the form.
Fields with a red asterisk* are mandatory and must be completed. Fields without an asterisk are optional.
Please note that If a Partner uses Sub-contractor, when the Sub-contractor creates an Enterprise Co-Ordinator record, the Enterprise Co-Ordinator is automatically assigned to the Sub-contractor.
When you have completed the form, click on ’Add Record’ to save it:
The new Enterprise Co-Ordinator will be added to your Enterprise Co-Ordinator records.
Viewing an Enterprise Co-ordinator record
Click on ‘Enterprise Co-Ordinators’
Sub-contractors will see in the table below a list of all their Enterprise Co-Ordinators. Click on ‘View’ to access the individual Enterprise Co-Ordinator record.
The Enterprise Co-Ordinator's record will be displayed:
Editing an Enterprise Co-Ordinator record
If you wish to edit the record, click on ‘Edit’.
The Enterprise Co-Ordinator's details will be shown in a pop-up window. You can edit the following fields of your Enterprise Co-Ordinator's record:
- Title
- First Name
- Last Name
- Date Joined
- If you are a Senior Enterprise Co-Ordinator
- If you are Hub Lead (FYI the Hub Lead option is maintained by Network Operations – if you need to be a Hub Lead please contact partners@careersandenterprise.co.uk with ‘EANR – Hub lead record’ as the subject line)
- If you are an Enterprise Co-Ordinator focused on SEND
- Full time equivalent percentage.
Please note that a greyed-out box means that information cannot be edited.
If an email address needs to be updated, please submit a support request.
The ‘Notes’ section can be used to record operational information only, for example, the area an Enterprise Co-Ordinator works in, if an Enterprise Co-Ordinator is taking over from someone else or being replaced by another Enterprise Co-Ordinator etc.

To save your changes, click ‘Edit Record’:
Search and filtering an Enterprise Co-Ordinator record
Use the ‘Filter’ option to filter Enterprise Co-Ordinators by status (‘Lapsed’ = Enterprise Co-Ordinator that has left the network):
