Firstly login to EANR: https://auth.careersandenterprise.co.uk/eanr
Click on ‘Records’ from the left-hand navigation bar
Click on ‘Employers’
Search and filtering Employer Records
You will see a list of Employers that have been added as part of your Enterprise Adviser network records. Employer information is captured in the following ways:
- Attached to an Enterprise Advise record (Employment section)
- Imports of Teacher Encounters
- When an Employer is created by a Partner user or Sub-contractor, including Cornerstone Employers.
Please note: In the future we will enable the functionality for Enterprise Co-Ordinators to be able to directly create Employer records. More information will follow when this feature is live.
Please note: Employers can only be added by Partner users and Sub-contractors. Both these user types can also view and edit Employer records. The ability for Enterprise Co-Ordinator to be able to directly create and edit Employer records will come in the future
Use the ‘Filter’ option to filter by Encounter Progress or Cornerstone Status:
You can search for an Employer by typing their company name into the search bar:
Viewing and editing Employer Records
Click ‘View’ to view Employer record (to minimise the record, click ‘View’ again):
Click ‘Edit’ to edit an Employer record
The record will open in a pop-window
You can edit contact names, email addresses and job titles. To add an additional contact person for an Employer, click ‘Add an additional person’:
Enter the new contact’s name, email address and job title (click the red trashcan symbol to remove a contact person):
Please note if the Employer is a Cornerstone Employer, you can edit the Cornerstone Correspondent Name, Position, Email address and the Date the employer became a Cornerstone Employer.
To save the edited Employer record, click on ‘Edit Employer’ at the bottom of the form:
