Teacher Encounter features and process update
New Teacher Encounters features, and monitoring process are now available in EANR
EANR now has 2 new tables in the Records tab which enables users to manage Teacher Encounters and Teachers details:
Encounters table: The Encounters table in the Records tab includes a list of all new and existing Encounters. This means Teacher Encounters data are all managed from this table and are no longer stored under individual employer’s profiles. You can use this table to find, view, and edit the Teacher encounters linked to your Hub.
When an employer registers for an Encounter through CEC website, a new Encounter is created in this table which is linked to the relevant hub/partner and includes the employer details.
Teachers table: The Teachers table in the Records tab includes a list of all new and existing teachers which have registered for an Encounter or are included in one of the existing teacher encounters.
When a teacher registers for an Encounter through CEC website, a new profile is created for them in this table which includes their details and institution URN.
For more information about recording and monitoring Teacher Encounters please refer to new and updated Help Centre articles relevant to your EANR user type.
